Introduction


After the publication of the University Law in 1994, universities have gradually established the "Student Affairs Office" to take care of counseling, life counseling, extracurricular activities, health care and other counseling matters. The missions of student affairs division include student/staff counseling, daily life consulting, health care, extra curriculum activities, patriotic education, military ethics, discipline, and military security. On July 1, 2005, the Academy combined the "Public Affairs Division" and the "Consultation Center" to form the "Students' Affairs Office". Its main tasks consist of "cadets’ affairs", "political warfare practice", and "psychological counseling” to maximize the effectiveness of student affairs.
