In 1949, the government moved to Taiwan and The "Taiwan Military Academy Training Course (Fengshan)", established in 1947, was selected as the campus of the re-education school. The first superintendent of the re-education Academy was Lieutenant General Luo Youlun. The twenty- fourth group was the first group of re-education. The education was divided into seven stages:
