Responses will be provided via email or phone, ensuring that all mailbox inquiries are addressed and cases are efficiently closed. Emails to the Superintendent go directly to him, while all others go to the Chief of Staff. On average, inquiries are processed within 1-3 business days; however, complex cases may take longer, up to 5 business days.
